  DAY 1: Voen Kham - Muong Khong

Meet your guide at Voen Kham, then take traditional boat for dolphin tour. Go on to Khone Pha Pheng waterfall which is the largest waterfall by water volume in Southeast Asia. Afternoon take traditional boat to see the breathtaking 4,000 islands of Si Phan Don.
 

  DAY 2: Muong Khong - Pakse

By route to visit Vat Phou which is a UNESCO world heritage dating from the 7th to the 12th century AD. Go on to see Tat Phanl, Tat Xuom. Then visit the traditional village where traditional style houses are still standing.
 

  DAY 3: Pakse - Vientiane

Morning, transfer to domestic airport for departure to Vientiane Capital. Afternoon, visit the oldest original temple in Vientiane. Built in 1818, Vat Sisaket is the sold survivor of invasion in 1828. Then visit Hophrakeo (built in 1565), the victory gate also known as Anousavari ( constructed in 1958). Visit the famous Vientiane landmark That Luang stupa built in 1566 by King Setthathirath.
 

  DAY 4: Vientiane - Vang Vieng

By route to Vang Vieng visiting the 11th century archaeological site of Vang Vieng. Afternoon on the Nam Xong exploring natural caves and traditional villages. Watch sunset from the bank of Nam Xong river.
 

 
  DAY 5: Vang Vieng sighseeing tour

Visit caves, temples & local market...
Overnight.

  DAY 6: Vang Vieng - Luang Prabang

By route, drive to Luang Prabang, the crown jewel of Laos. Visit That Makmo Stupa, Vat Aham, Vat Phousi & Vat Mai. Hang around for splendid sunset at Vat Siphouthabath
 

 
  DAY 7: Luang Prabang tour

Visit Vat Xieng Thong (the most beautiful temple in the city, built in 1560), take traditional boat trip upstreamon the mekong river to visit the famous PAK OU CAVES (THAM THING and THAM PHUM) housing thousands of Buddha statues since the 16th century, the caves were found by King Setthathirath. On the way, stop to visit Ban Xang Hai where people produce the local rice whisky.
Cross the Mekong river and have lunch at bamboo cottage overlooking the beautiful scenery at the confluence of the Mekong & Ou rivers.

  DAY 8: Luang Prabang - Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for departure.
